
Teriyaki glazed salmon
This juicy salmon glazed in a sweet and savoury teriyaki sauce makes for a mouthwatering dinner that's both healthy and satisfying.
Ingredients - 4 servings
4 salmon fillets (500 g in total)
200 g egg noodles (dry weight)
500 g frozen stir-fry vegetables
75 ml teriyaki sauce (preferably less sugar)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp sesame seeds
salt/pepper
1 tsp rapeseed oil for frying

Method - 20 minutes
- Heat up a frying pan with a little oil. Press in the garlic clove. Fry the frozen stir-fry vegetables on high/medium-high heat for 5-6 minutes. Pour into a bowl and set aside.
- Cut each piece of salmon into smaller pieces and fry until they are golden brown. Lower the heat to low.
- Cook the egg noodles according to the instructions on the package.
- Add the egg noodles and stir-fry vegetables to the frying pan with the salmon. Pour in the teriyaki sauce and soy sauce, and mix. Season with salt and pepper.
- Top with sesame seeds.
