Quick mango and coconut ice cream

Mango coconut ice cream bliss

Made with just a few simple ingredients, this creamy and refreshing treat is the perfect way to cool down on a hot day.

Ingredients

150 g frozen mango (about 2 dl)  

100 ml light coconut milk (6-8 %)  

1 tsp coconut flakes to garnish  

Nutritional content per serving

Energy 185 kcal   

Protein 1 g  

Carbohydrates 25 g  

Fat 9 g

Method - 5 minutes

  1. Blend the frozen mango with the coconut milk. Pour and serve in a glass or bowl. 
  2. Top with coconut flakes. Eat immediately!
