Cottage Cheese Buns with Pizza Flavour

Made with oats, eggs, and cottage cheese, they’re soft inside, golden outside, and flavoured with oregano and garlic. Perfect fresh or packed for later, they’re a smart comfort-food snack ideal for breakfast, lunch, or a post-workout bite.

Cottage Cheese Buns with Pizza Flavour
Serves: 6 buns
INGREDIENTS:
- 500 ml (2 cups) cottage cheese (1.5% fat)
- 3 eggs
- 175 g oats (5 dl)
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp oregano or pizza seasoning
- 2 pinches garlic powder
- 100 ml (0.4 cup) shredded cheese (17% fat)
METHOD:
- Preheat oven to 200–225°C.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Spoon into 6 mounds on a parchment-lined tray.
- Top with cheese and extra seasoning if desired.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until golden.
