Gemma Collins is a British television personality, actress, and businesswoman, best known for her role on the reality series, The Only Way Is Essex.  Gemma started 2025 two sizes down, after just two months using Yazen's Weight Loss app and medication. “It has absolutely changed my life,” she says.
